Our Process
Initial Meeting: We begin with a personal consultation to review the work needed. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision and requirements for the project.
Estimate: After our meeting, we will provide an initial estimate that includes the cost and time frame for the work. If the estimate is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work. The deposit amount may be higher depending on the wood selection.
Design Approval: For complex projects, we can provide a sketch (hand-drawn or electronic) to ensure the design meets your expectations. Any iterations over the design may incur an additional fee, which will be established before the non-refundable deposit is made.
Work Commencement: Once the deposit is received, you will get an email confirming the start of the project. Throughout the construction process, you will receive progress pictures to keep you updated.
Completion and Payment: Upon completion, you will receive a photo of the finished work along with the final invoice. Payment is due prior to delivery and can be made via cash, electronic payment, or credit card. Personal checks are accepted, but there will be a delay until payment is fully processed.
After-Sales Support: In the event of any issues with the material or workmanship, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them at no charge. If the work is damaged due to unforeseen client issues, repairs can be done on a fee basis.
