“We’d like a cover for our stovetop”
Our client wanted a stovetop cover that could double as a charcuterie board
Our goal for this cover was to be able to handle the temperature changes from the oven below, which means the wood was likely going to have to weather extreme temperature changes. We chose Canary wood for the floating primary board, and black walnut for the surrounding enclosure, with white maple splines for aesthetics and corner support.
